Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your package leaves our hands.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship within the U.S. (expanding soon). Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping is available.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide and “fit notes” (ex: relaxed fit, TTS, size-up for comfort). Still unsure? DM us on Instagram or reply to your order confirmation—we’ll help personally.

Q: Do you offer plus sizes?
A: Yes. We’re committed to size-kind clothing, with most pieces ranging from S–3X. We’ll continue expanding based on community feedback.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want your closet to feel like home. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition,.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email us at hello@seleneandamara.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps. It's important to know that we do not do store credit or gift cards for returns.

A: Most items are best with a gentle wash cycle in cold water and air-drying flat. Full care instructions are included.
